Avcı Karavan Account Deletion Request

Avcı Karavan users may request the deletion of their account and the personal data associated with their account.

To request account deletion:

1. Send an email from the email address registered with your Avcı Karavan account to info@erbasteknoloji.com.
2. Use “Avcı Karavan Account Deletion Request” as the email subject.
3. Include the email address associated with your account.

After your request is verified, your account and the personal data associated with your account will be deleted.

Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations.

Data Deletion Without Deleting Your Account

Avcı Karavan users can delete certain data without deleting their account.

Users can:

• Delete individual camera recordings from the application.
• Remove and reset a caravan/device from their account.
• Remove their own access to a device.
• Reset user settings and preferences while keeping the account active.
